Email support@packmycake.com or use your account dashboard with order ID and issue description.

3. Valid Reasons for Returns

• (II).Product damaged in transit
• (III).Manufacturing defects

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. All purchases are final unless issues arise from our end.

5. Refund Timeline
